Refund policy:

You have a right to cancel your order with us within seven days of receipt of the goods. The item/s should be returned in the same condition in which they were sent to you (Including packaging). The item/s should be returned at your expense. Upon receipt of the item/s a refund will be issued to you within 10 days amounting to the cost of the item/s excluding postage. If the items are returned in an unsaleable condition they will not be accepted for refund and will either be destroyed (after a 7 day period) or returned to you at your expense.

Claims for late delivery of Special Delivery items should be address to Royal Mail directly. We take no responsibility for Royal Mail's service.

Damaged items:

If you receive goods which have been damaged in the post, you must notify Royal Mail within 7 days of receipt. A claim should be made against Royal Mail for the damaged item. No postal insurance is included within the cost of overseas postage, unless otherwise advised or if it has been specifially requested and paid for at the time of your order.

If goods are not received you should contact us as soon as possible to advise. We will supply proof of posting in order for your claim to be made against Royal Mail.
